About Me:

I have over 18 years experience in Technical Communication and Design and am a member of the Society for Technical Communication, the IEEE Professional Communications Society, Linkedin.com, and The Content Wrangler Community.

I hold a BA in English/Technical Communication from the University of Central Florida (with a minor in Visual Arts from Rutgers University). My future educational goals include an MBA as well as a Masters in Creative Writing. It's good to have goals!
